Q: Will my plant look exactly like the photos?

Plants are living things, so size, color, and shape may vary slightly. We guarantee that every plant we ship is healthy, rooted, and carefully inspected.

Q: What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery to contact@mossara.store. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: Are your plants safe for pets? row

Some plants can be toxic to cats and dogs. That’s why we created a special Pet-Safe Collection with safe options like Calatheas, Peperomias, and Palms. Always check product descriptions for pet safety notes.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my plant?

Yes, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the plant is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Q: How do refunds work?

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
