Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

European Union: 4–7 business days — €9.95 flat rate.

United Kingdom: 5–8 business days — €12.95 flat rate.

USA & Canada: 7–12 business days — €19.95 flat rate.

Rest of the World: 10–15 business days — €24.95 flat rate.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. Mossara is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs regulations.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at contact@mossara.store with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace or refund your order.
